The site was easy enough to use, well, actually, a couple parts were a bit confusing. Checkout worked fine in the end, but it did feel a little slow...

I ordered a map print mostly because I was into the simple, clean design, and it looks even better up on the wall. It’s not too busy at all, and the colors are really calm and easy to look at. Picking the text and layout was straightforward too. Overall, I’m rlly happy with how it turned out.

Paying was quick and easy, and I didn’t run into any problems, which I appreciated. It was definitely simple to get through, though the whole process felt a little plain and didn’t really offer much beyond the basics.

I was a little nervous about the delivery because, you know, prints can so easily get bent or scuffed. But my Mapiful print showed up in a really sturdy tube, and I immediately thought, okay, this is a good sign.
When I opened it, the print was wrapped neatly inside and there wasn’t a single mark or crease. It sounds like a small thing, but it really does make the whole unboxing feel better. Super happy with how it arrived...

I’m always a little skeptical with stuff like this, because if it shows up wrong, dealing with customer service is usually the last thing I want to do. Luckily, there were no surprises at all. The colors, text, and layout looked just like they did on the site, and it looks really good on the wall.

Really liked how many choices there were for the map colors, text, and layout. Took a few tries to get everything just right, but ended up feeling really personal. Shipping was fine too.

I ordered a map from Mapiful and, i wasn’t totally sure how long it would take. I kind of assumed it might be a while, but it actually arrived quickly. I got shipping updates along the way too, which was nice because I could keep an eye on where it was. The print seemed to be packed well and there wasn’t any damage. Overall, I’m really happy with how fast it got here.

The details were really accurate, even the little side streets I remembered walking down that day were there. I ordered a map of our first apartment at probably the worst possible time, right in the middle of moving chaos, so I was a little worried I’d mess something up or the pin/text would come out wrong.
But it showed up exactly how I set it up on the site. The street location looked right, and the date and names were all correct too, which was a relief because my timing definitely wasn’t helping my nerves.

It feels personal without being over the top. My partner noticed the tiny details straight away, so yeah, I’m really happy with it

The frame feels really solid. I expected it to be decent, but it’s better than I thought. It doesn’t have that flimsy wobble you sometimes get with cheaper frames, like when you move it, bump into it, or try to adjust it a little. It feels sturdy just sitting there, when you pick it up, and even when you put a little pressure on it. Overall, it looks strong, feels well-made, and seems like it’ll hold up nicely

The first map showed up with one corner bent, which bugged me more than I expected because it was the top-right corner and it wouldn’t lay flat on the table. I contacted them and they replied really quickly, then sent out a replacement without making it a hassle. The second one arrived in perfect shape, edges nice and crisp, no dents or weird creases. Ended up really happy with it.

I actually really liked the map once it arrived, but the delivery cost felt way too high. Nice product, but that shipping fee is a total little money-grabber.

The code worked fine for me, no problem there. The discount though was okay, not really a big one, but still nice to have

I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed Mapiful fully expecting the usual black hole of customer support. Shocking twist: they got back to me really fast and fixed it without making it a whole dramatic saga. it was kind of refreshing to deal with support that was actually helpful for once

I don’t have a lot of patience for overpriced stuff, so I was glad these maps were actually priced fairly. They’re nice enough and didn’t feel like a ripoff.
